OBPOA Annual Meeting
DATE: Monday, November 12, 2018
TIME: 7:00 ─ 8:30 p.m.
LOCATION: 2335 Blue Bonnet Blvd. (home of Susan & Paul Danziger)
The agenda will include Annual Election of Executive Committee members for the 2018 – 2019 term, financial report and budget presentation, presentation of minutes from the April 2018 meeting, committee reports, and a report from the Patrol service. There will also be a report from the Deed Restrictions Task Force concerning options for removal of offensive and unenforceable language in the original restrictions, and other general business of the association. In order to vote, members must submit an absentee ballot, or be present, or represented by proxy. Proxy and Absentee Ballot forms were mailed to all owners in October. Check in begins at 7 p.m. with meeting to be called to order at 7:15 p.m. Neighbors are invited to a reception following the meeting.
