3rd annual Old Braeswood Neighbor-to-Neighbor House Tour
Sunday, November 10, 2:00-5:00 p.m.
The third annual Old Braeswood House Tour is for Old Braeswood residents and their invited guests who accompany them. The purpose of the tour is to provide an opportunity for neighbors to get to know each other and enjoy visiting different homes in our neighborhood. You are welcome to bring friends who would like to see some lovely homes in our wonderful community.
This year’s tour includes houses from the 1920s through the 1950s, showing a range of approaches to renovation, remodeling, and historic preservation. It is organized by the Old Braeswood Preservation Committee. The tour is free of charge. These homes may be visited in any order:

OBPOA Annual Meeting
DATE: Tuesday, November 19, 2019
TIME: 7:00 ─ 8:30 p.m.
LOCATION: 2333 Underwood
The agenda will include Annual Election of Executive Committee members for the 2019 – 2020 term, financial report and budget presentation, presentation of minutes from the April 2019 meeting, committee reports, and a report from the Patrol service, and other general business of the association. In order to vote, members must submit an absentee ballot, or be present, or represented by proxy.
Check in begins at 7 p.m. with meeting to be called to order at 7:15 p.m. Neighbors are invited to a reception following the meeting.
The next regular meeting of the Executive Committee will take place on Tuesday January 14th at 7 pm. Per the OBPOA Bylaws, members in good standing may attend the Executive Committee meeting on a space-available basis. Please contact us if you would like more information.

The OBPOA Membership Meeting will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17th. The virtual meeting will be held via Zoom. Please RSVP by email to register and request the Zoom meeting link.
The Agenda will include reports from the State Rep Sarah Davis, Council Member Abbie Kamin, the OBPOA Patrol, and association officers and committees.

Neighbor-to-Neighbor House (Garden) Tour: All Outdoors!
2 to 5 pm TODAY, Sunday, November 15, 2020
Head outside to enjoy the beautiful day and visit gardens in the neighborhood. The 4th Neighbor-to-Neighbor Tour is outdoors this year! Come and get to know neighbors and our neighborhood. Enjoy the lovely yards and gardens, learn more about the history of Old Braeswood, and experience its diverse exterior architecture. Social distancing will be observed: wear face coverings and maintain a distance of 6 feet from other parties. The tour, which is organized by the Old Braeswood POA Preservation Committee, is FREE of charge and open to neighbors and their guests. Homes may be visited in any order:
