Greenbriar from Rice Blvd. to Holcombe will be reconstructed beginning late Sept. 2017. The City plans to hold a public meeting in early September at Rice University to discuss neighborhood concerns about the project, traffic diversion, etc. The date, time, and location of the meeting have not yet been announced.
