NOTICE OF OBPOA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING
Pursuant to Sections 209.0051(h)(7) and 209.00505(e)–(f), a regular meeting of the Executive Committee will be held at 7 pm, Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2022, via “Zoom” (the “Regular Meeting”). The agenda includes regular business of the association including approval of minutes, presentation of the financial report, committee reports, etc.
Members are welcome to observe the meeting. In order to attend, you will need to download the “Zoom” application to your computer or smart phone by visiting www.zoom.us or the app store and to register your name and a valid email address.

Old Braeswood Neighbor-to-Neighbor Tour
Sunday, November 13, 2022, from 2:00-5:00 p.m.
The fifth annual Neighbor-to-Neighbor Tour is for Old Braeswood residents and their invited guests who accompany them. The purpose of the tour is to provide an opportunity for neighbors to get to know each other and enjoy visiting different homes in our neighborhood. You are welcome to bring friends and relatives who would like to see some lovely homes in our wonderful neighborhood.
This year’s tour features easy walking from house to house—all the homes are on or near Morningside Drive. The tour is free of charge. These homes (listed from north to south) may be visited in any order:

Title: Annual Meeting and Elections 11/15/2022
DATE: Tuesday, November 15, 2022
TIME: 7:00 ─ 8:00 p.m.
LOCATION: 2418 Maroneal Blvd. / Home of Samia & Kamal Khalil
PURPOSE: This is the annual meeting for the Old Braeswood Property Owners Association. The Agenda will include will include the Annual Election of Executive Committee members for the 2022 – 2023 term, Treasurer’s Report and 2023 Budget presentation, presentation of Minutes from the May membership meeting, committee reports, report from SEAL, results of the recent survey, and other general business of the Association.
If you are unable to attend the meeting you may vote by Ballot. Return the Absentee Ballot by mail, text, fax or email as instructed on the form. If mailing, please place in US Mail by November 9 to ensure it arrives by November 14. Submit Ballots electronically by 12 noon on November 15, 2022.
The next regular meeting of the Executive Committee will take place at 7pm, Tuesday January 25th at 2337 Gramercy Blvd. (home of Ann Garnett).
Per the OBPOA Bylaws, members in good standing may attend the Executive Committee meeting on a space-available basis. Please contact us if you would like more information.
